My philosophy around food is seasonal, local, whole and organic. I follow this as much as possible depending on the season. Most preferences can be honored.
We can also accommodate strictly vegan and vegetarian preferences
A questionnaire will be provided for special dietary concerns and we will do our best to accommodate.
You can also bring your own food and chief if you like.
