I recently experienced this amazing sound therapy for the first time on the Autumn equinox.
The ceremony was incredible. The sound from the crystal singing bowls combined with Heidi’s voice and the tonal drum were magical. The message that was given was one that I needed to hear. I would definitely recommend this kind of sound therapy as a way to relax and let the sound heal you.

Heidi’s sound bath allowed the listener to open up their minds to new sounds and sensations. Her crystal bowls allowed the audience to mediate with each of the sounds to unlock negative feelings, let go of past woes, and begin a journey towards healing .
